Welcome to our December Newsletter, 2017.

As 2017 comes to a close at the Academy we gear up for a big 2018. As we close out 2017 and a very successful year we must pay thanks to our sponsors, Perth Car Tech, Lift Smart Australia &Thomas Kim & Associates, without their support The Red Army would not have been visible throughout the WA season. Its been a rewarding season again right from the little Pee Wee's playing their first My-Golf or US Kids events to interstate travel with the Squad. I take this time to thank everyone who has been apart of the golfing network we have have created, without the kids the parents and a great venue our program could not be successful. We have been lucky enough to have a few new businesses join us in 2018 as new sponsors, more info in the new year on this. ;)

2017 Break-Up Day - Saturday 16th December.

Saturday we will be having our X-mas break-up for ALL JUNIORS & Parents if you wish to stay at MGC from 10-12.30pm with a little BBQ and presentations. I urge every one of you to be there if your not going away, its a great time for the entire Academy to get together and have some fun.

High Performance Development Day - 2018. Thursday January 25th 2018, I am hoping to have a HP Development Day with another coach/coaches depending on numbers. This WILL be confirmed this week. This is will be open for all juniors in WA aged between 8-12 who have a GA Handicap, we believe this will be stepping stone to the WA Development Squad 2018 and we want to CHALLENGE all Juniors to be better. The cost will be around $50 for the day, including a lunch and drink. Time 10-3pm IMPORTANT NOTE: This will not be coaching it will be CHALLENGES set out in place to be better. 2018 Summer Golf Programs. We will be running clinics throughout the holidays on the following dates

January 2-4th Beginner Program 9-11am Players Program 11.30-1.30pm January 22-24th Beginner Program 9-11am Players Program 11.30-1.30pm The program costs $70 for 3 days or $30 per day, registration can be made through email: indianpacificsports@live.com or through the registration forms that will be handed out from Monday.

Private Lessons If you are wanting private lessons over the holiday period please inform me ASAP so we can set out times and dates that suit, if your already having lessons these will continue unless you notify me that you are on holidays.

My Golf Thank you to the kids who have played in the My Golf tour this year and worn the academy Polo, your support to play local golf lift the profile of golf in WA. Enjoy your last event of the year at LK next Friday 15th Dec, remember to have fun. :) U.S Kids The 2018 season looks to be kicking goals with 6-7 full tour events and the new Pitch & Putt Tour to be launched at MGC, 2018 will see 3 more events being hosted at MGC and we want all of you guys to support this if possible, next event 21st Jan 2018

2018 PROMO - building to be better. To maintain the steady growth of the academy from junior to adults beginners to elite it takes a big effort on your behalf. Word of mouth is the most powerful promotion, we can use all social media outlets possible, schools fliers etc BUT you guys are the promoters. 2018 will see a new promotion in term 1. To keep growing we want you to spread the word on how much fun you guys have in your classes, every new student in 2018 that you introduce to golf will use the PROMO Code SMGA2018 and both you and your friend will receive TERM half price. This code will have a space on the 2018 invoices when you return them to me.

Adult Clinics We will take a break from Friday December 15th through to Jan 31st 2018, our clinics will resume as per normal from Wednesday 31st Jan 9.30a.m SGA Tour Events If there are any Adults or Children who would like to join the tour 2018, we regularly hold events throughout WA, follow the below link for more options, The SGA Tour is heading into its busy time across Australia with so many big events happening on the East Coast, if you would like to be apart of those or just read up about SGA follow the link provided. Finally, we say good by to the Peebles family as they head back to NZ to start a new chapter in their lives, a big thanks to Craig for his hard work in training the juniors, adults and his personal golf training programs. To our HP Junior Captain Josh, the Academy wishes you all the very best in you golfing career across the globe, your hard work and attention to be better is your greatest asset, never stop learning and keep in touch with the Academy and your friends you have made thus far.
